Ownership & Operation
Sahajvivah is a product owned and operated by BLR AI Solutions. All rights, services, and operations of the platform are under the sole authority of BLR AI Solutions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Sahajvivah platform, you confirm that:

- •You agree to be legally bound by these terms
- •You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- •You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Sahajvivah.
2. Platform Description
Sahajvivah is a digital marriage biodata management platform that enables users to:
Create Biodata
Design and manage professional marriage biodatas digitally
View Profiles
Browse and view marriage biodatas of other registered users
Share Biodata
Generate shareable links for your biodata
Manage Data
Update and maintain your biodata information easily
Note: Sahajvivah is a platform service only. We facilitate biodata sharing but do not guarantee marriages, matches, or relationship outcomes.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a user of Sahajvivah, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, truthful, and lawful information about yourself. False, misleading, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Maintain Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Lawful Use Only
The platform must not be used for illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. You must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
Respectful Conduct
Treat other users with respect. Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.
Content Rights
You must own or have the right to use any photos, images, or content you upload. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sahajvivah:

5. Payment Terms
One-Time Access Fee
The ₹201 payment is a one-time access fee that grants you lifetime access to the Sahajvivah platform. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. BLR AI Solutions is the merchant of record for all transactions.
Non-Refundable
Once payment is processed and access is granted, the fee is non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Note: The access fee may be subject to change. However, users who have already paid will continue to enjoy lifetime access at the rate they paid.
6. Platform Rights & Modifications
BLR AI Solutions reserves the following rights:
Update Features & Services
We may add, modify, or remove features and services at any time to improve user experience. While we strive to maintain service continuity, we do not guarantee that specific features will always be available.
Update Policies
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Suspend or Terminate Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund.
Remove Content
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies, is illegal, or is deemed inappropriate.
Maintenance & Downtime
We may temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
No Guarantee of Matches
Sahajvivah is a biodata management and sharing platform. We do not guarantee marriages, successful matches, or any specific outcomes. Users are responsible for their own decisions and interactions.
User-Generated Content
We do not verify the accuracy, authenticity, or truthfulness of user-provided information. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with other users.
Third-Party Interactions
Sahajvivah is not responsible for any interactions, communications, meetings, or relationships that occur between users outside the platform. Users assume all risks associated with such interactions.
Service Availability
We provide the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLR AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sahajvivah.
8. Account Termination
Violation of Terms: Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice and without refund.
Grounds for Termination Include:
- •Providing false or fraudulent information
- •Engaging in prohibited activities
- •Abuse, harassment, or misuse of the platform
- •Violation of payment or refund policies
Upon termination, your access to Sahajvivah services will be revoked immediately. Any content uploaded may be retained or removed at the discretion of BLR AI Solutions.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Sahajvivah collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- •Access to profiles may be restricted based on platform rules
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
