Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a payment. By completing a payment for Sahajvivah services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

Merchant Information

All payments for Sahajvivah are processed by BLR AI Solutions. Any refund requests, disputes, or payment-related queries should be directed to BLR AI Solutions. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of BLR AI Solutions.

1. General Refund Policy

Since Sahajvivah provides a digital service with instant access, refunds are generally not applicable once the payment is successfully processed and access to the platform is granted.

No Refund After Access: Once you gain access to the Sahajvivah platform and can view profiles, manage biodata, and use platform features, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.

This policy is in place because:

  • Digital services are consumed immediately upon access
  • Access to user profiles and biodata cannot be "returned"
  • The one-time fee of ₹201 covers lifetime platform access

2. Exceptional Cases for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payment

If you have been charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded. You must provide transaction IDs or payment receipts as proof.

Technical Error - Access Not Granted

If payment was deducted from your account but you did not receive access to the Sahajvivah platform due to a technical error on our end, a full refund will be processed. This must be reported immediately with transaction proof.

Payment Gateway Issues

If payment was deducted but not confirmed by Razorpay due to a payment gateway issue, and access was not granted, the amount will be refunded after verification with Razorpay.

Note: Refunds will NOT be provided for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after gaining access
  • Inability to find suitable matches
  • Dissatisfaction with available profiles
  • Accidental purchase (payment is final once access is granted)

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptional cases mentioned above, follow these steps:

Contact Support Within 7 Days

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.

Email us at support@blraisolutions.com with the following details:

  • • Your registered mobile number/email
  • • Transaction ID / Payment receipt
  • • Date and time of payment
  • • Reason for refund request
  • • Supporting documents (if applicable)

Verification Process

Our team will verify your request and payment details. This may take 3-5 business days.

Decision & Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of BLR AI Solutions. The company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on verification and policy guidelines.

Note: The actual time for refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for bank processing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Sahajvivah offers a one-time payment for lifetime access. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

No Subscription to Cancel: Since there is no subscription plan, there is nothing to cancel. Your access remains active for a lifetime with the one-time payment.

Account Deactivation: If you wish to stop using Sahajvivah, you can deactivate or delete your account from the profile settings. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Payment Gateway & Failed Transactions

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. In case of payment failures or issues:

If a payment fails, no amount will be deducted, and you can retry the payment.
If amount was deducted but transaction shows as "failed" on Razorpay, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days.
For payment disputes, contact Razorpay support or our team with transaction details.
